Specifying the tender driver parameter

This applies to an integrated PIN pad or stored-value card. You must specify the Profolic USB-to-Serial Comm Port (COM#) driver parameter in Infor POS Enterprise Manager.
Note: In COM#, "#" represents a numeric value. For example, COM6.
  1. Select Editors > Tenders, Discounts, etc. > Manage Tenders.
  2. In the row of the tender, click More Options.
  3. Click More Options.
  4. In the Driver Param field, specify the COM# driver parameter. This is found in the ports section in the device manager of your local machine.
  5. Click Save.
