Applying a discount to a menu item

  1. In the check view panel, tap a menu item.
  2. From the functions menu, tap Discount & Charge.
  3. In the main panel, tap a discount option.
  4. From the command bar, tap Send to apply the discount. Optionally, tap Print to apply the discount and print the check.
  5. Optionally, apply a discount using an integrated barcode scanner:
    1. In the check view panel, tap a menu item.
    2. Scan the coupon on the menu item using the integrated barcode scanner.
    3. From the command bar, tap Send or Print.
    Note: You can have discounts automatically applied by tender or by order type. For details, contact your Infor POS representative.
