Scheduling an order

If Infor POS is configured, the information about all scheduled orders are displayed in a dashboard. For details, contact your Infor POS representative.
  1. From the functions menu, tap Schedule Order.
  2. In the Date MM/DD on-screen numeric keypad, specify the date in the format MM:DD and tap Enter.
    Note: You can configure the schedule limit. For example, you can only specify a date up to seven days from the current date. For details, contact your Infor POS representative.
  3. In the Time HH:MM on-screen numeric keypad, specify the time in the format HH:MM.
  4. Tap AM or PM to schedule the time of the order.
    Note: Tapping AM changes the button name to PM while tapping PM changes the button name to AM.
  5. Tap Enter. The specified date and time is displayed in the Scheduled Order button.
  6. Add your menu items and, from the command bar, tap Send. The check is automatically sent to the kitchen on the specified date and time. You can configure the time when the check is sent to the kitchen minutes before the specified time. For details, contact your Infor POS representative.
    Note: You can modify the menu items, date, and time of both unpaid and paid scheduled orders prior to the specified schedule.
