Infor POS Kiosk options

This table describes the options that you can enable:

Button Description
Allow Special Instructions Shows the Add a request button in the dialog box of a menu item.
Allow Restricted Item Sale Disables the requirement of specifying a user ID when adding a restricted menu item to an order.
Require Room Key For Room Charge Requires the guest to tap or swipe their room key when selecting a payment option for a property management system (PMS).
Print Receipts Shows the Print My Receipt button on the order completed screen.
Email Receipts Shows the Email My Receipt button on the order completed screen.
Preorder Mode Enables printing of receipts as open check barcode for processing of a third-party POS. The PAY NOW button becomes Print My Order button in the Order Summary pane.
Note: To enable the preorder mode, a tender ID must be configured.

Item Scanning Enables guests to scan menu items to add to their order.
Self Serve Mode Requires guests to scan menu items or use the search field to create an order.
Show User Feedback Shows the user feedback dialog box on the order completed screen.
Enable Voice Prompt Provides a voice prompt when interacting with Infor POS Kiosk.
Scannable Discounts Shows the Discounts button on the Order Summary pane before proceeding with payment.
