Printing a credit, debit, and gift card slip

  1. From the functions menu, tap Print Customer Copy to print the card slip when requested by the customer.
  2. To reprint the card slip, perform these steps:
    1. From the functions menu, tap Reopen Check to display the closed checks in the check view panel.
    2. Tap a check with a credit or debit card transaction to reopen.
    3. In the check view panel, tap the payment amount of the reopened check.
    4. From the functions menu, tap Reprint Cred/Debit and select whether to print a customer's copy, merchant's copy, or both.
