Processing a split tender transaction

A split tender transaction is splitting a single check transaction into two or more transactions with any combination of payment options.

From the command bar, tap Pay to open the payment options in the main panel.
Tap a payment option and specify the required information. For example, these information:
- Cash or credit amount
- Card number
- Room number
- Reward option of store value card
The remaining balance is displayed in the check view panel.
Note: If qualified by the provider of the stored-value card, tax exemption is automatically applied to the tendered portion of the check. Tax exemption by tender only applies to menu items having the Allow Exemption check box selected. For details, contact your Infor POS representative.
To pay the remaining balance, tap another payment option and specify the required information. The check is then closed and removed in the check view panel.
