Preventing a menu item from being sent

  1. In the check view panel, tap a menu item.
  2. From the right-hand menu, tap Hold to have the menu item in hold status. If the check of the menu item is sent to the kitchen or bar, the held menu item is not sent.
    Note: To remove the hold status of a menu item, tap Hold again.
  3. If enabled, tap More Options > Hold to have the menu item in hold status.
    Note: To remove the hold status of a menu item, tap More Options > Remove Hold.
