If a menu item modifier
         requested by a guest is unavailable, use Modify in
         the right-hand menu to add a custom modifier.

            In the check view panel, tap a menu item in a check.

            From the right-hand menu, tap Modify.

            If enabled, tap .

            In the Quick Note on-screen
               keyboard, specify a note as a custom modifier.

            Tap Enter to add the custom
               modifier below the menu item in the check.
