Viewing and printing the points balance of a loyalty card

  1. From the functions menu, tap the function button of the loyalty card provider.
  2. In the on-screen keypad, specify the loyalty card number. Optionally, specify the phone number of the guest.
  3. Tap Enter.
  4. In the Loyalty Points window, tap Print to print the points balance and available discounts or rewards.
    The Loyalty Points window opens the profile of the loyalty card user.
