Canceling an order

If the order is canceled either by the guest or with Infor POS Kiosk being idle, the initial payment is refunded to the guest automatically for card payment transactions.

  1. In the Order Summary pane, tap CANCEL ORDER.
  2. In the CANCELING ORDER window, tap YES.
