Adding a clock time record for an employee Optionally, add a new clock in and clock out time for an employee. Select Configuration > People > Manage Employees. In the row of the employee account, click the Details list. Click Clock Times. Click Add Clock Times. Specify this information: Clock In In the Clock In section, specify the adjusted time in HH:MM format and use the calendar to select the clock in date. Clock Out In the Clock Out section, specify the adjusted time in HH:MM format and use the calendar to select the clock out date. Job Assignments Specify a job assignment. Pay Rate Specify a pay rate. Overtime Pay Rate Specify an overtime pay rate. Click Save.
