Order ready notifications - POS User Guide

If Infor POS is configured with a kitchen display system (KDS), you can specify the mobile phone number of a guest during an order. This enables the QSR KDS integrated with Infor POS to send order notifications to a guest.

After tapping a payment option, the Mobile Number on-screen numeric keypad is displayed. Specify the mobile phone number of the guest and tap Enter. When an order is complete, a text message is sent to the guest stating that their order is ready.

Note: The contents of the order notification is determined by your third party QSR KDS. For details, contact your Infor POS representative.
