Home screen navigation

You can access the home screen by tapping Home on the notification toolbar. This table shows the components of the home screen:

Item	Description
Notification toolbar	Indicates status of command results and contains the navigational buttons and home button.
Command bar	Contains commands for check handling and viewing reports.
Functions menu	Contains commands for handling menu items, checks, and other miscellaneous functions.
Main panel	Opens the menu items and payment options after a button is tapped.
Navigation panel	Contains the submenus for menu items and other check handling commands.
User ID panel	Contains the name and job code of the user signed in, the location of Infor POS, and the current date and time.
Number keypad	Specifies the number of menu items ordered.
Check control toolbar	Changes the view of a check and changes the guest or table information.
Check view panel	Indicates the checks, guests, and their ordered menu item.
Right-hand menu	Contains check handling commands.
