Specifying a media loan

The media loan is an amount of cash float received by an employee. The amount is entered as a record in the system and is typically kept in a cash drawer.

  1. From the functions menu, tap Media Loan.
  2. To start a loan, complete these steps:
    1. In the Select Type window, tap Start Bank.
    2. In the User ID on-screen numeric keypad, specify your user ID and tap Enter.
    3. In the Enter Media Amount window, specify the amount to be loaned.
    4. Tap Enter.
  3. To return cash into the cash drawer, complete these steps:
    1. In the Select Type window, tap Paid In.
    2. In the Reasons on-screen keyboard, specify your reason and tap Enter.
    3. In the User ID on-screen numeric keypad, specify the returned cash amount.
    4. Tap Enter.
