Searching the clock time record of an employee

In Manage Employees, you can search for an employee account by specifying their clock time date and job assignment. Optionally, you can search a clock time record in Clock Times by specifying a clock time date and store and selecting an employee.

  1. Select Configuration > People > Manage Employees.
  2. In the row of the employee account, click the Details list.
  3. Click Clock Times.
  4. In the Clock Times page, specify this information:
    View Days
    Use the calendar to select the start date and end date for searching a clock in and clock out time of an employee.
    Job Assignments
    Specify a job assignment.
  5. Click Apply to open search results.
  6. Optionally, select Configuration > People > Clock Times
  7. Specify this information:
    Day
    Use the calendar to select a date.
    Store
    Specify a revenue center.
  8. In the Select Employee(s) section, select an employee.
    Note: Select the Show inactive employee(s) check box to show the inactive employees.
  9. Click Edit Selected to open the Edit Clock Times section. Optionally, click Edit All to edit the clock times of all employees in the Select Employee(s) section.
