Viewing and exporting a dynamic report
- Access Infor POS Enterprise Manager X.
See Accessing EMX.
- On the Reports tab, select the report to view.
- To filter the results, specify the values in the applicable fields such as Date and Stores.
- Click one of these buttons:
- Export to Excel: Exports the report in an Excel file.
- Export to PDF: Exports the report in a PDF file.
- Run Report: Opens the report in the same window.
- Run Report in a New Tab: Opens the report in a new tab. Ensure that pop-ups are enabled in your browser.
Note: If the button is not available, click the down arrow and select the button. - In the header, you can select these options to do specific actions:
- Down arrow icon: View the report history.
- Save as New Bookmark: Save the report as a new bookmark that you can share with coworkers.
- Edit Bookmark: Update or delete the existing bookmark.
- Schedule: Open a new window to schedule report generation. Select the output format, generation frequency and time, and email recipients.
- Batch Export: Open a new window that lists all bookmarked reports. Select multiple reports and export them to CSV, Excel, or PDF.
