Reopening a closed check

When a check is reopened, the original close date is retained. Adjustment checks created on the reopen date do not impact the reconciled day, and previously reconciled days remain unchanged. Whether a check can be adjusted is controlled by job code permissions.

  1. From the function buttons menu, tap Reopen Check.
  2. In the Show Checks List For window, tap which day the check was closed.
  3. In the check view panel, tap a closed check.
