Adding a clock time record for an employee

Optionally, add a new clock in and clock out time for an employee.

  1. Select Configuration > People > Manage Employees.
  2. Use the Find Employees section to search for an employee account, or click View Recently Added
  3. In the row of the employee account, click the Details list.
  4. Click Clock Times.
  5. Click Add Clock Times.
  6. Specify this information:
    Clock In
    In the Clock In section, specify the adjusted time in HH:MM format and use the calendar to select the clock in date.
    Clock Out
    In the Clock Out section, specify the adjusted time in HH:MM format and use the calendar to select the clock out date.
    Job Assignments
    Specify a job assignment.
    Pay Rate
    Specify a pay rate.
    Overtime Pay Rate
    Specify an overtime pay rate.
  7. Click Save.
