Modifying the payment information of an employee

You can modify the payment information of an employee to override the pay rate relative to the assigned job code.

  1. Select Configuration > People > Manage Employees.
  2. Use the Find Employees section to search for an employee account, or click View Recently Added.
  3. In the row of the employee account, click the Details list.
  4. Click Pay Info.
  5. Specify this information:
    Override Pay Rate
    Specify the new pay rate of the employee.
    Override Overtime Pay Rate
    Specify the new overtime pay rate of the employee.
