Setting up user security for memos

Set up your account to enable the memo type security authorised function.
  1. On the sidebar, select System Administration > System Parameters > System Parameter Maintenance > More > Options > Authorised Function.
  2. In the Authorised Function grid, select CMO. Optionally, you can use the search filter on each column header to narrow your search.
  3. Select the Active check box.
  4. Click Save.
