Maintain customer type functions

You can restrict access to services based on a customer's credentials and set up different hierarchical levels of access for different customers.

For example, the customer can access Bookings and General Enquiry - Applications on the lowest level and access these functions including Application Pre-Lodgement on the next level. Alternatively, sites can group services for customer types but not necessarily inherit services from preceding groups. For example, customers with customer type A can access Bookings and General Enquiry - Applications and customers with customer type B can only access Application Pre-Lodgement.
