Creating calendars
You can create and maintain many calendars that are used by the
			system. Calendars are assigned to applications where working days may vary across the
			organisation.
		- On the sidebar, select System Administration > System Parameters > Calendar Maintenance.
 - Click Add.
 - 
				Select the newly-added calendar in the grid and specify this information:
				
- Calendar
 - Specify the unique code of the calendar.
 - Description
 - Provide the full description of the calendar.
 - Start Time
 - Specify the default start time in hh:mm:ss format. The default start time is 00:00:00.
 - 
								Note: Start times only apply to working days.
 - Finish Time
 - Specify the default finish time in hh:mm:ss format. The default finish time is 23:59:59.
 - 
								Note: Finish times only apply to working days.
 - Default
 - Select this check box to set the calendar as the default. You can define other calendars for individual applications as required.
 - Years
 - To create calendar years, click the ellipsis in the Years column.
 
 - To copy an existing calendar and its associated years to another calendar, click Copy.
 - Click Save.
