Tracing a process

  1. Open a form.
  2. Select More > Tracing > On.
  3. Perform the process to be captured.
  4. Select More > Tracing > Off when finished.
    The Support form under My Account is automatically opened in a new browser tab.
  5. Download the log file to your PC (Internet Downloads Directory) or email the log file directly.
    You may be asked by Support to run this in a different way. Follow your Support Representative’s instructions.
