Summary forms overview

Summary forms display user-defined information and are available for all modules. The System Administrator can define and maintain summary forms.

Summary forms can vary for different role groups. For example, the Rangers can have a different Animal Summary form to the Customer Service staff.

In addition, summary forms can be unique down to Class and even individual level. End users can turn on or off various form parts at their level if not required. The user can equally reinstate form parts at any time.

Pathway UX is issued with a default summary form for each module (initial data).

To set up Summary forms, select System Administration > System Parameters > Summary Form Maintenance.

The user can design the Home page (Dashboard), which is now a Summary form.
