Export files

Where a job produces a file export such as the ABS Report, the processing options are available.

On the control form under Processing Options, the export details are displayed.

For the Export File field, you can specify a value file name (UNC path only and no mapped drives) or leave this field blank.

When the job is processed, a new window is opened.

If this field is left blank, a Download button is available for the user to download the file to any folder on their PC.

If you specify an export file, the file is written to that location.

Note: The application server must have access to the file location.
