Profiles
Profiles provide a mechanism where multiple field values on a search or report form is saved and reused. Once created, profiles are updated or removed. You can perform a search or generate a report using the field values saved in the profile.
You can set a default profile so that the values from the profile are automatically displayed when the form is opened.
For example, performing Property Maintenance for all of Dunn Street might take you a few days. You can create a profile so that each time you open Property Maintenance, Dunn Street is loaded and automatically searched.
