Animals

These rules apply for non-taxable Animal Types:

• The non-taxable type should be set to the value to be applied to all transactions for this animal type.
• Accessing the Animal Type parameter and setting this value to N - GST Free is recommended.

These rules apply for non-taxable Animal Classes:

• If all classes are non-taxable and all GST are free, then no changes are required at this level because the non-taxable type from the animal type is used in the system.
• However, if the Class parameter is accessed and you make changes or click OK, the operator is forced to nominate the non-taxable type.
• Operators having access to these parameters should be aware of what type to apply. Alternatively, access each class and set to the same non-taxable type as the animal type.
