Searching property memos

  1. On the sidebar, select Property Administration > Property Maintenance > Options > Memo.
  2. Specify this information:
    Date Range
    Specify a date range on which to base a search. If you specify this field, then the value on the Based on field is also considered.
    Based on
    Specify if your search is to be based on a date range. By default, the Effective From Date option is selected.
  3. Click Search.
  4. Select Options > Memo.
