Cross application memo type

You can access all memos created under the cross application memo type from applications other than the one from which they were created. This option relates specifically to these memos:

• Property
• Name and Address

For example, a cross application memo is created against a specific name in the Name and Address Register module. You can access this memo wherever that name is linked to such as:

• Property Maintenance
• Applications Maintenance
• Other forms
