Purging memo records

  1. On the sidebar, select Memos > Purge Memos.
  2. In the Search Profile tab, specify this information:
    Application
    Specify the Pathway module. Optionally, you can click the search icon to select an existing module.
    Date Range
    Specify the date range of memos to be processed for reporting.
    Based on
    Specify the memos to be included in the report based on the date range.
    Group/Type
    Specify memo types to be included in the report by selecting the check box for each item in the Memo Type grid.
    Job Type
    Specify a job type. You can select one of these options:
    • Report Only: Generate a report without updating the database
    • Update and Report: Generate a report and update the database
    Description
    Provide a description of the report. You can also specify when to run the job.
    Printer
    Specify the printer to be used for printing reports. You can print on any device when you print a web page.
    Print Header Page
    Select this check box to include the header page when printing.
    Add to My Reports
    Select this check box to add the report in the My Reports grid in the Home screen.
  3. To specify a query, click the Query tab.
  4. Specify this information:
    Dynamic Query
    Specify a record to be processed. Optionally, you can click the search icon to select an existing record. When the same Dynamic Query job is run multiple times, a different set of records is processed.
    Note: Specifying a value in this field disables the Query Result field and vice versa.
    Query Result
    Specify a record to be processed. Optionally, you can click the search icon to select an existing record. When the same Query Result job is run multiple times, the same set of records are processed.
    Retain Query Result
    Select this check box to retain the result stored in the database after the job is completed.
  5. Click Submit.
