Setting up the User Condition Type Security Maintenance form

  1. From the Pathway UX home page, access the accordion menu on the left and select System Administration > Menu > User Maintenance.
  2. Click Search.
  3. Select a user from the list.
  4. Click the form icon, then select Conditions Security.
  5. In the User Authority section, switch if user is Active.
    This option is switched to Active by default.
  6. Under Available Condition Types, select the Condition Type for the Modules that the user can Add, Change or Delete and click the right arrow. This adds the selected Condition Type to the Assigned Condition Types.
  7. Under Assigned Condition Types, specify if the user can add, change or delete the selected Condition Type.
  8. Click Save.
