Setting up the User Defined Fields Maintenance form

You can use the User Defined Maintenance form to label the User Defined Fields required by the Council.

The data identifies the approval controls that initiate the applied Condition to the particular entity. One set of labels are available for each Condition Role Type and can be defined from the Condition Type Parameter.

  1. From the Condition Type Maintenance form, click the navigation bar and select User Defined Fields Label.
  2. Specify this information:
    Condition Role Type
    Displays the Condition Role Type. This field cannot be changed.
    User Defined Field Label One to Four
    Specify a label. You can specify up to 25 characters.
  3. Click Save.
