Setting up the Condition Action Parameters form

You can set up and filter a Workflow User Action to check any Conditions linked to Properties involved in a Division process.

If the linked Conditions match the Condition details set on this form, an email is sent to the relevant personnel for further action.

  1. From the Pathway UX home page, access the accordion menu on the left and select Property Administration > Property Parameters > System Parameter Maintenance.
  2. Click the navigation bar and select Options > Workflow Parameters.
  3. Click the navigation bar and select Options > User Action Maintenance.
  4. In the System Action field, click the search icon.
  5. Select Check Conditions from the list, then click New.
  6. Click Action Parameters.
  7. Specify this information:
    Condition Group
    Specify the valid Condition Group Code or click the search icon to select from the list.
    Property Level
    Select a property level from the list.
    Condition Type
    Specify the valid Condition Type Code or click the search icon to select from the list.
    Note: If a Property Level is defined in the previous field, then only the Condition Types within the option are displayed in the list.
    Status
    Select the status from the list.
    Notifiable
    If this option is selected, only Notifiable Conditions on the specified Property level will generate emails.
  8. Click Save.
