Profile function maintenance

You can manage the authorities assigned to customers based on their nominated customer type.

If the customer type is changed, then the available functions and function types set for the nominated customer type are always updated in the Profile Function Maintenance form. This feature does not depend on the Auto Update Users check box in the Customer Type Maintenance form. A warning message is displayed each time you change the customer type.

If the Auto Update Users check box is selected for a customer type, then you cannot make any changes in the Customer Functions field in the Profile Function Enquiry form.
