Setting up the default delivery method

  1. On the sidebar, select System Administration > Customer Profile Parameters > Attribute Maintenance.
  2. Click Profile.
  3. Click More in the Values field for the CCPDELM - Delivery Method attribute.
  4. Select the Default check box for one of the attribute values. For example, Australia Post.
    When a new user registers in ePathway, the default delivery method is based on this parameter.
  5. To set an attribute value as inactive, clear the Active check box.
  6. Click Save.
