Reporting options

When submitting jobs in the Audit Report Control form, you can view the information for the current and previously processed jobs. You can also export or print the details of jobs.

This table shows the available reporting options:
Menu option Description
Current Jobs Select this option to view the scheduled and submitted jobs. Scheduled jobs are reports that are set to generate on a regular basis such as weekly and fortnightly. Submitted jobs are reports that are current or have a delayed generation time. You can delete a scheduled or submitted job.
Delete Processed Jobs Select this option to view the details of previously processed jobs that you can delete.
Export Processed Jobs Select this option to view the details of jobs that you can export to external files such as spreadsheets and CSV files. You can export batch reporting entities to an ASCII file directly from the Batch Processing Options form. This option avoids the need to access the Query System menu options to define an export format and perform the actual export of a reporting entity. This option is disabled if no processed jobs exist.
Job Statistics Select this option to view the statistical information of past jobs by user name showing details such as average run time and longest run time.
Print Processed Jobs Select this option to view the details of jobs previously processed that can be reprinted.
