Audit set entities to select
Generally, it is not required to define reporting fields for parameter entities as the maintenance of these entities is limited to the application administrator. Their content is modified infrequently.
The impact of modifying a parameter entity can result to thousands of names being reported.
For example, a modification to a personal name title from MR to Mr would result to every personal name that has an MR title being reported. This happens when the CNATITL - Personal Name Title is included in the audit set.
When an application administrator modifies a parameter entity, a rebuild function is often required to apply the new parameter setting to the application entities.
To apply a modified personal name title to all formatted names that use the title, a rebuild formatted names function must be performed.
These rebuild functions are used to update the relevant primary files that are reported in the audit set.
