Defining reporting attributes for the company name entity

  1. On the sidebar, select Auditing > Audit Set Maintenance.
  2. Specify CNAIDTY - Name in the Audit Set Entity field.
  3. In the Audit Set grid, select All Name, Role and Address Modifications.
  4. Click Details.
  5. Click the expand button in the CNAIDTY - Name entry to display its entire relationship structure.
  6. Select CNACPNY - Company Name, then click Modify.
  7. In the Fields to Report grid, click the detail button in the COMPNAME - Company Name field.
  8. Select these check boxes for CNACPNY fields:
    • If record Created
    • If record Deleted
    • If value Changed
  9. Click Save.

  10. Scroll down and ensure that the check boxes in the CNAROLA - Application Role Address and CNAADDR - Address entities are also selected.
