Items that should be audited
Through the audit system, you can record every database update performed for every database table, provided that disk space is not an issue.
Modifications on static entities that are not modified during normal daily operations should
be audited, as well as modifications to these entities that the user considers to be
critical:
- Parameter files
- Primary files such as Names, Addresses, Properties, Titles, Parcels, Assessments, Infringements, and Animals
Audit collection for transaction files is at the discretion of the user.
These volatile entities, which do not contain meaningful data should not be audited:
- Next number files
- Look up files
