Fields to report

The Fields to Report section contains the fields on the entity that are to be reported when a record is created, deleted, or updated.

These fields are system-generated and cannot be maintained:
  • TPKCNAIDTY
  • SORTNAME
  • SORTGNAME1
  • SORTGNAME2
  • PHONETIC

For example, if a surname value on a personal name is modified, then the SORTNAME field is also modified. It is not required to report the SORTNAME modification as the modification is reported in the FORMATNAME field and the SURNAME field on the CNAPERS entity.

The Report Field Details section contains the reporting attributes for the field selected in the Fields to Report section. This section is used instead of the detail button to view the attributes selected for the field.
