Setting up debtor allocation for an accounts receivable receipt
		- 
				On the sidebar, select .
			
 
- 
				Create new or search an existing receipt entry.
			
 
- 
				Specify AR - Accounts Receivable Receipts in the
						Application field. Optionally,
					you can click the search icon to select an existing application.
			
 
- 
				Click Add Line.
			
 
- Specify this information:
				
					
						- Debtor Identification
 
						- Specify a valid debtor ID. You can also click the search icon to select an
								existing debtor.
 
							- When a valid debtor ID is selected, these fields are
								populated automatically:
									- Debtor Name
 
									- Debtor Address
 
									- Ledger/SubLedger
 
									- Amount
 
								
 
						
							- Qualifier
 
							- Specify a qualifier. This field is not
								validated.
 
						
						
							- Amount
 
							- Specify the amount. The outstanding amount is shown by default but you can
								specify a different value.
 
						
				
				 
			 
- 
				Click Continue.
			
 
- 
				In the Receipt Line grid, select the receipt.
			
 
- 
				To update the receipt status, click one of these buttons:
				
					
						- Accept
 
						- Suspend
 
						- Void
 
						- Cancel
