Verifying user security for memos

Verify if the User Security is now displayed in the Memo Type Maintenance form.

  1. On the sidebar, select Memos > Maintain Memo Groups and Types.
  2. Specify the application for which memo groups and memo types are to be defined in the Application field. Optionally, you can click the search icon to select an existing application.
  3. Click Search.
  4. In the Memo Groups grid, select a memo group and click Detail.
  5. In the Memo Type grid, ensure that the User Security is displayed.
