Adding images and videos to a memo type

  1. On the sidebar, select Memos > System Parameter Maintenance.
  2. Specify this information:
    Flicker API Key
    Specify the Flicker API key. You can add an image by selecting FLICKR memo type. The image is displayed when viewing the memo.
    Note: The council is responsible for organising a license with Flickr to use this feature.
    YouTube API Key
    Specify the YouTube API key. You can add YouTube videos when creating a memo by selecting YOUTUB memo type. The video is played when viewing the memo.
  3. Click Save.
