Installing Infomart scripts

You can create Infomart tables and objects in the Infomart database using the Infomart system parameters and the Infomart installation process.
Note: During the Infomart installation, any other applications running on the PC will be unavailable.

When using MS SQL, click Install. This step prevents manual script alteration before execution because these are all handled by the new installation software of Pathway Infomart.

  1. On the sidebar, select System Administration > Infomart > Installation > Install Infomart Scripts.
  2. Specify this information:
    Release
    Specify the Infomart release level to be installed.
    Install to Database
    Select this check box to populate the database with the scripts.
    Extract to file
    Select this check box to extract the scripts to a file when installing the scripts to the database.
    Extract to folder
    Specify the folder destination.
    Note: This field is enabled when the Extract to file check box is selected.
    The Outstanding Fixes to install grid contains the Infomart fix details. These details are automatically displayed when an Infomart fix is installed using the usual fix installation procedures. To install the fix number, select the Load check box.
  3. Select More > Process.
