Setting up default settings
- Select My Account > User Settings.

Specify this information:
- General settings
- Specify your default culture, theme, variation, and
personalisation settings.Note: Currently, only English language is available in the Culture field.
- Compact Display Mode
- Switch this setting on to remove any extra white space between fields. The font is also made smaller. You can change this setting at any time.
- Button Tooltips
- Switch this setting on to show tooltips when the mouse pointer is rested on a button.
- Open Options in Search Results
- Switch this setting on to automatically display the maintenance options menu on a summary form. Using this setting takes up more screen real estate. Switch this setting off to manually select the maintenance options menu.
- Option Badges
- Switch this setting on to show record counts in the maintenance options menu.
- Expand Behaviour
- Specify whether all sections in a form should be opened, just the first section, or none. Forms that are divided into sections show a Show More or a Show Less field.
- Grid Row Height
- Specify the default grid row height where data is presented in a grid.
- Auto Complete Page Size
- Specify the number of matching results to be displayed when you input data such as a file location.
- Grid Page Size
- Specify the number of results to be displayed in a grid before next page is required.
- Lookup Page Size
- Specify the number of records to be displayed in a lookup list before next page is required.
- Swaplist Page Size
- Specify the number of records to be displayed when swaplist is used before next page is required.
- Sort
- Specify whether the menu is sorted alphabetically or as sequenced, which is the order that the menu is built in.
- Open on Large Device
- Specify whether the main menu is automatically opened when using large device such as your PC monitor.
- Switch this setting on to display the menu. If you switch this setting off, the menu is not displayed and must be opened through the main menu hamburger icon.
- Sort Internal Nodes First
- Switch this setting on to sort the menu branches (internal nodes) before any menu options.
- Using this setting takes precedence over the Sort field. The Sort setting is used for sorting within the menu branches and within the menu options.
- Disable Pathway Agent
- Switch on this setting to use the Pathway Agent for
document processing, GIS interface, and other interfacing
processes.Note: At this stage, the Pathway Agent cannot be used on iPad mobile devices and can be disabled for iPad users.
- Click Save.
