Summary forms

Summary forms are now available for all modules.

The concept of My Roles has been introduced, which replaces the Menu Group.

Summary forms are user-defined and can be set differently for different role groups. For example, the Rangers can have a different Animal Summary form to the Customer Service staff.

In addition, summary forms may be unique down to Class and even individual level. End users can then turn on or off various form parts at their level if not required. The user can equally reinstate form parts at any time.

Pathway UX is issued with a default summary form for each module (initial data).

Summary forms are maintained by the System Administrator.

Summary forms are found under System Administration > System Parameters > Summary Form Maintenance.

The Home page (Dashboard) is now a Summary Form and can be designed as required.
