Dashboard charts assignment

The dashboard charts are available at the Home Summary Form My Role level to all users that have access to the Home Summary form.

The default Home Summary form is available to all users.

Therefore, if you are only running one Home Summary form, then you must assign the dashboard charts to individual users.

Note: It is recommended that sites create separate Home Summary forms based on Roles (Groups). This makes assigning charts simpler as the chart is just assigned to the Summary form for the Role (for example, Rates).

Users can be assigned to the Dashboard Chart Parts through Summary Form Layout Maintenance for the Home Summary form.
