Creating a Menu widget
- On the page, click .
- On the Select Template page, select .

In the
section, select the elements to add to the widget.
- In the Widget section, specify the title and the subtitle.
- In the field, switch on this option to show the subtitle.
- In the Menu List section, select the number of buttons and switch on the option to show the button icons.
- In the Button sections, select the type of button icons.
- Click .
- Specify the page properties and assign data services.
- Click .

On the New Page page, perform these steps:
- In the Elements section, select .
- In the section, specify a static text or select a global string value for the label and its tooltip.
- Optionally, in the section, change the setting to show or hide the button icons.
- In the section, select a button element.
- Optionally, in the Attributes section, change the type of icon.
- In the section, specify a static text or select a global string value for the button label.
- In the section, configure the button element.
- Click .
- Optionally, in the Page Saved dialog box, select the Deploy this version to Portal catalog check box.
- Click or .
If you publish the widget, the widget is automatically added to the list of projects on the Published page. If you select the deploy option, the widget is directly deployed to the Widget Catalog.
