Publishing a widget

Before you publish a widget, launch the widget to view and test its functionality.

  1. On the Pages > Drafts page, click the Tile View icon or the Grid View icon.
  2. Locate your project.
  3. Click the Actions menu or ellipses for the project.
  4. Select Publish.
  5. Optionally, in the Publish Page dialog box, select the Deploy this version to Portal catalog check box.
    If you are publishing a new version of a widget, select the release type. Optionally, in the Release notes field, provide a description of the changes that are included in the updated version.
  6. Click Publish.
The widget is added on the Published page.
