Replacing a deployed widget with a new version
- On the Pages > Drafts page, locate your widget.
- Edit the widget.

Publish the widget.
- In the Publish Page dialog box, select the release type.
- Optionally, in the Release notes field, provide a description of the changes that are included in the updated version.
- Optionally, select the Deploy this version to Portal catalog check box.
- Click Publish.
- On the Pages > Published page, locate your project.
- Click the Actions menu or ellipses for the project.
- Select Settings.

On the Settings > Information tab, perform these steps:
- Optionally, change the name and description of the widget.
- Click Change Version.
- In the Select Version dialog box, select the version to apply to the widget.
- Click Confirm version.
- On the Preview tab, review the changes.
- Click Save.

In the Update Page dialog box, click Deploy.
Note: If you do not click Deploy, a warning icon is displayed in the widget. This icon means that the deployed version of the widget does not match the published version. To deploy the updates to your published widget, in the Actions menu of your project, select Update.
The changes are automatically applied to the widget that is
displayed in the OS Portal
Widget Catalog and to the widget that is deployed into a
workspace.
